Franklin Marriott Cool Springs

We liked how the hotel was laid out and very close to restaurants and stores. The shuttle to different stores was a huge plus!

Everything was exceptional! Friendly service at restaurant and bar, and front desk. Hotel is beautiful and clean!!!

Absolutely a beautiful place with very friendly staff. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The staff were very helpful in my needs. I applaud this group for their cleanliness and comfort.

Breakfast was good for the family and location was fine too.

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and efficient. We ask for and early check in because we had to go to a party. We needed to change before the party. The clerk said that that should not be a problem and she was happy to help.
